• Promote footballing development to all individuals
• Create an environment that promotes fairness and respect for others, as well as respect for ethical principals, team spirit, good sportsmanship, and healthy competition
• Develop, establish and maintain the club as a leader in Community Sport - gain the trust and respect of the members we serve
• Sustain partisanship and a positive working relationship with the Football Federation of the NT and affiliated bodies

• Focus on maintaining an equilibrium participant rate through delivering quality programs and services that foster participation and skill development and focus on the requirements that meets the members needs and expectations
• Maintain and develop partnerships with players, coaches, parents, sponsors, and other members of the community who reciprocate similar goals and visions
• Positive promotion and marketing the sport of football
